Key Responsibilities :


1. Manage a Team of Credit Card Sales Agents to drive sales - Manage a team of 15-20 callers who are calling credit card applicants. Some calls will be to users who have already applied and nudge them to card closure. Some calls to get people to start the application from scratch. We need to ensure that we are reviewing the training, the pitch, the segments that are being called etc.

2. Deep understanding of Cards and loans, their USPs and how to sell them - The candidate should have a very strong understanding of cards, their USPs, and how to sell them to customers. The same for loan products.

3. Strong understanding of Credit Card and loan funnels - For each card and loan, there is a application funnel. Based on the application status, the calling, approach etc changes. There are also various smart strategies to maximise conversions. Ideally we should be able to explore these and drive higher cardouts.

4. Review data, team productivity to maximise desired outcome- Need to review data in terms of calls, calls output, productivity, etc. This is based on data from the dialler and also other data sets.

5. Hiring for sales agents and trainers - Own the hiring for the assisted sales channel

6. Manage dialler and calling queue - Understanding of the dialler software, Managing calling queue and productivity. Should be able to extract and report the calling feedback to management.

Must Have Requirements :

- Should come from a very strong sales team background for credit cards

- Understanding the status and reports that come from Banks. Should be very familiar with this

- Should be managing a team. Should be able to explain what challenges he/she faces and how they are overcome

- Understand on how training is managed. Should be able to talk about this in detail

- Should be someone who is hands-on on making calling scripts for case like - VKYC Calling, Getting Details & Nudging for completing the application and Cold Calling for New Card

- Should really understand the data that comes from diallers and how to measure productivity
