Job Description :
- We are looking for hustlers to join our Growth team. If you are someone who is obsessed with funnel hacking, has a bias to find answers with A/B testing & going deep in customer analytics, and can hug our users in your copies : you will thrive in this role.
Qualification Required :
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing customer lifecycle and/or analytics
- Should have a successful track record of accelerating customer activation, engagement, improving customer retention, and optimizing the user lifecycle funnel
- Must be well versed with product and marketing analytics and marketing automation tools like MoEngage, Clevertap, etc.
- Expertise in quantitative analysis
Roles and Responsibilities :
- A/B testing and optimizations with a product-led growth mindset
- Drive the end-to-end user lifecycle journey through various Engagement and Retention strategies
- Analyse data and set up programs to plug funnel drop-offs and improve conversion
