Role Specifics - Day in the Life : As a DST Channel Leader, you will be responsible for BankKaro's P&L through DST Channel Sales for the assigned region:

- Develop and implement the sales through feet-on-street DST channel for credit cards across major banking partners like Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, SBI Cards, etc.

- The candidate would be responsible for building this channel from scratch, hiring and training, performance management, and overall P&L.

- Define sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs for each sales executive and other levels.

Secure permissions or entry into corporates, malls, markets, etc. as and when needed for the sales team for their activities.

- Monitor and analyze sales data, and improve sales performance through interventions like training, incentive programs, etc. to meet and exceed our monthly sales targets.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting sales performance, key achievements, and areas requiring attention.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product development, marketing, and risk management, to ensure alignment of sales and trading activities with the organization's objectives.

Must Have Skills :

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. A master's degree is preferred.

- Extensive experience (7 to 10 years) in credit card field sales through DST Channel / POS channel / Open Sales channel

- Must have built and trained DST open market credit card sales, especially in metro cities in India

- Must be able to demonstrate excellence in target-led sales of credit cards via open market DST channel in the current role

- Must be responsible for managing the P&L for his/her respective markets with minimal to no supervision

- Ability to conduct audits among team members, keep them retained and motivated to meet their targets

- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks applicable to the sale of creditcards
