Role Specifics - Day in the Life:

- We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organic traffic and revenue growth in a D2C online marketplace environment.

- As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance our online visibility, rankings, and user engagement.

Develop and Execute SEO Strategies:

- Create and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and revenue.

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential opportunities.

- Monitor industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, images, and URLs for search engines.

- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profile.

Technical SEO:

- Collaborate with the development / Product team to ensure website architecture and code are search engine-friendly.

- Perform regular SEO audits and implement necessary technical improvements.

Content Strategy and Optimization:

- Manage overall content plan for CashKaro and EarnKaros blogs.

- Develop a content calendar based on keyword research and target audience insights.

Monitor, Analyze, and Report:

- Utilize SEO tools to track website performance, keyword rankings, and user behavior.

- Generate and present regular reports to demonstrate progress and provide actionable insights.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and algorithm updates.

Must have skills :

Education : Bachelors / Masters degree

Experience : Min 5+ years

- Proven track record of driving organic traffic and revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahref, ScreamingFrog, etc.

- Strong with excel.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Ability to lead and manage a team.

- Strong written and spoken communication.
