Role Specifics - Day in the Life:

Strategy:

- Work with team to determine clear strategy for Acquisition ; Own the strategy for remarketing.

- Which segments to targets, budgets etc.

Explore other Growth initiatives: Being able to find new opportunities will be very important in this role, such as:

- Offline activities

- Google/ FB/ Instagram

- Affiliates

- Content marketing

- Student activations

- BTL activities and more

Creative + Messaging: Work with creative team to design the messaging, content, and creative angle for the ads.

Perfect Funnel: Work with teams to determine the whole funnel - Ads, Ads message, creative and landing pages.

Monitoring on campaign impact: Daily monitoring and optimizing of the campaigns - win an inch everyday attitude. Tweak creatives, tweak spends, budgets, bids etc.

Date obsession: Review the data daily to ensure we are meeting ROI goals.

Scale:

- Build for scale - be able to take the strategy and scale it

- Own remarketing strategy via Google + Facebook + Other channels

- Daily monitoring and optimizing of the campaigns - win an inch everyday attitude

- Review the data daily to ensure remarketing strategy is yielding the objectives

Must Have Skills:

Qualification:

- Graduate or Postgraduate from college of repute

- Should be able to demonstrate real experience in running profitable and ROI driven Acquisition campaigns.

- The candidate should be able to talk in detail

- Strategy for campaign

- Creative process

How was ROI measured?

- Data they were looking at

- Scale of the campaign.

- Strong ability to manage a team

- The ideal candidate will need to manage a team. Manage their work, the speed of delivery, editing their work, giving feedback, etc.

- Would also need to hire new resources.

- Should be data-oriented - Should be monitoring revenue via affiliate or ads or any other source
