Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for owning retention of user cohorts, minimizing churn and improving LTV :
The core ownerships areas will be :
a. Strategy : Work with team to determine a clear strategy for user Retention and lifecycle management
b. Creative + Messaging : Work with creative team to design the messaging, content and creative angle for the engagement and revenue boosting campaigns
c. Lifecycle Management : Work with teams to determine user lifecycle and take concrete steps for plugging the gaps - own Activation, Retention, Revenue and Referrals
d. Execution : Should be hands-on in setting up campaigns and experiments, landing pages, emails etc.
e. Monitoring on campaign impact : Daily monitoring and optimizing of the campaigns ; win an inch everyday attitude
f. Data obsession : Review the data daily to determine next course of action
g. Scale : Build for scale
Desired Skills & Experience :
Experience : 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Communication :
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
- Can effectively express his/her thoughts
- Great people skills
Job consistency : Must NOT have any job stint less than 1 year
- Should be comfortable with tools like
- Clevertap or MoEngage
- Email Marketing
- SMS Marketing
