Cashfree - Senior Product Manager - Verification Suite

What You Will Do:

- You will define the product vision, product strategy and product roadmap for multiple business functions within Cashfree.

- You will lead of team of product managers, mentoring them and building great products.

- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing product stories in engineering sprints.

- Define and own the business metrics. Work with stakeholders and prioritize problems.

- You will work very closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including and not limited to the operations team, software developers, embedded engineers, data scientists, service designers, and business analysts.

What You Will Need:

- 6+ years of product management experience along with an academic background with B. Tech and MBA or equivalent experience

- Must have hands on technology role (software development/engineering) at some point in your career.

- Able to simplify complex ideas and communicate then with clear, logical thinking.

- Prior experience in building products from scratch - have seen 0-1 journey of product development and taking it to the market and be part of the growth journey.

- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results

- Experience working closely with software and UX teams to imagine, scope, and build customer complex products.

- Demonstrated ability to weigh product trade-offs especially in an ambiguous environment.

- Prior experience hiring & leading a team of top-notch PMs.
