Senior Manager/Associate Director- FP&A Role : Senior Manager/Associate Director- FP&A Roles and Responsibilities: - Looking for CA with 8+ years of experience. - Ensures that all transactions are accounted for in accordance. - Preparing the Financial models to support the sensitivity & scenario analysis, analyzing the KPIs & KRIs, and conducting the benchmarking analysis. - Preparation of dashboards, pitch decks, board meeting & Investor related presentations. - Good at data presentation skill and MIS preparation along with proactive analysis. Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex financial problems. - Manage cost center budgeting/forecasting for various functional groups and analyze results on a monthly basis. - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Provide support for M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning. - Ability manages investor query and reporting requirements. - Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions. - Experience in a service or fintech organization is preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Strong at MS office (i.e. Excel, ppt, Word etc.), knowledge of tally will be an added advantage.
