Responsibilities:

- Gather requirements for new reports and enhance existing reports. Interpret needs and design reports to meet end-user expectations

- Extract data (from databases, Salesforce, and static repositories) and perform detailed data analysis and statistical techniques to develop solutions to improve customer experience, and product enhancements and to guide business decision-making.

- Create dashboards that capture key operational metrics, articulate results, and present written, actionable business recommendations

- Identify predictors and causes of business-related problems and implement novel approaches related to forecasting and prediction.

Required Skills and Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative field

- 2+ years of work experience in data science or analytics roles

- Mandatory experience with Advanced SQL. (2-3 years)

- Fluent in SQL; Strong experience with programming in Python;

- Must have used ML algorithms such as Regression, Cluster analysis, Random forest, PCA or Decision tree

- Experience in any of the visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI/Quicksight/Looker Studio is a plus

- Record of delivering large analytical solutions with business impact

- Record of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets.

- Problem-solving ability and passion for data

- Excellent communication and data presentation skills

- Prior experience in B2B SaaS/Fintech is a plus
