- Building relationships with existing enterprise clients.
- Up sell & cross sale of other payments & business development services
- Maintaining relationships by fulfilling client's requirement
- Understanding gap & resolving issues of merchants to avoid transaction disputes and maintain Transaction Growth.
- Execution of Retention Plans for churn merchants on a monthly basis
- Generating new leads for market penetration in Transaction and Gross Monitory Value Tracking & analyzing root cause for transaction drop & resolution of it
- Maintaining brand visibility in across the payments market
- Update merchant about the application, daily report handling & other status Take feedback from the market and analysis of competition.
- Team handling experience is a must, Fintech experience is an added advantage.
