What will you do? - Hire, onboard, support and lead a team of 5-7 business development/sales managers for the designated Region. - Collaborate &amp; work closely with internal business teams, to understand the short term and long term needs of the business and plan ahead for any resourcing needs. - Work with the VP Sales to prioritize the goals for the business unit. Set both short term and long- term goals for the teams individually and together. - Work closely with all internal support divisions to contribute positively to improve sales practices and standards within the company. - Have a positive and aggressive outlook towards identifying and leveraging opportunities for achieving business engagement and sales within the assigned region. - Be responsible for growing sales team and individual contributors in your team. Provide constant and constructive feedback to the managers. - Promote the top performers, offer them opportunities to grow, ensure they are prepared for bigger roles. - Be a guiding role model for all the sales team managers display a sense of ownership in terms of leading from the front. Broad responsibilities and expectations: - Participate in building the modern payments technology and banking infrastructure with the fastest growing Fin-tech company in India. - Lead a sales team committed and passionate about on-boarding client partners with innovative payment solutions. - Owning sales targets overall and within accounts. Developing and implementing a Industry and Region specific plan to achieve the same. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives. - New Customer Acquisition in the Payments Gateway and Payouts domain. - Achieve assigned Targets consistently and collectively as a team for the Region. - Manage new Customers as on-boarded to ensure customer delight and positive word of mouth. - To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio. What are we looking for? - Passion towards the next generation of payment solutions and should be a natural at leading people. - Proven sales experience of meeting or exceeding targets and interact with all levels of client organisation, including executive and C-level.' - Proven ability to conceptualize, drive and implement sales strategy and process with a client- centric approach. - In-depth knowledge about Digital Payments, Fin-tech Industry with a mandatory PG background at a Team Leadership position. - Should have around 9-14 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in the PG solution /sales roles. - Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition - Should be open with traveling across the region. - Proven sales experience in specified territories and verticals. Quick learner, able to drive customer centricity in the team and, adaptable to changing business needs.
