The opportunity

Key Role and Responsibilities

- Lead a team of SME Relationship Managers to drive SME sales - Own SME client conversion, transaction volume and revenue targets

- Monitor call quality and productivity of SME Relationship managers and help them continuously improve on the same

- Identify insights from conversations with SME Clients to feed into product roadmap for the company

- Undertake key capability building and growth initiatives for the company from time to time depending on business priorities - execute select initiatives end-to-end

- Use analytical tools to monitor user growth, identify and solve key issues in user adoption

- Liaison with Customer Success stakeholders to drive effective and efficient penetration into supply chains

Skills/ Qualities Required

- Problem solving: Ability to get to the root of problems and come up with logical, practical and effective solutions

- Knack for getting the job done - A combination of grit, hustle and problem-solving skills to deliver results

- Team management: Mentoring, guiding and motivating a team of SME RMs to achieve the desired results

Preferred qualifications

- 5-7 years of experience in remote SME sales + leading SME sales team

- Experience in leading initiatives and delivering results

- Experience in dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment preferred

- Prior exposure to Fintech / Supply Chain Finance / Trade Finance at Financial Institutions a plus

- Compensation: Negotiable based on candidate profile (structured as Fixed + Variable, ESOPs to be considered on a case to case basis)
