Introduction :

- CashFlo (www.cashflo.io) is an early-stage Fintech start-up, based out of Mumbai. It is a first-of-its-kind Private Exchange for Working Capital addressing a $300 billion market of SME credit in India. We help small businesses gain access to collateral-free short-term capital on tap. We are currently operating in stealth and witnessing strong market traction.

- Our leadership team consists of ex-BCG, ex-Microsoft, ISB / IIM alumni with a team of industry veterans from financial services serving as the advisory board. We bring to the table deep insights in the SME lending space, based on 100+ years of combined experience in Financial Services. Key Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for recruitment - direct sourcing and through recruitment partners.

- Manage end to end hiring process from sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations to on-boarding.

- Ensure that hiring goals are achieved on time.

- Co-ordinate and work closely with the head founders to undertake manpower planning to identify current and future human resource requirements.

- Identify the right talent pools, undertake to the benchmark of peer organizations to help define our company's hiring strategy.

- Additionally support the company in various other HR functions e.g-employee engagement, performance management, compensation management, etc.

- Set up company-wide HR systems, policies and processes for more efficiency.

Skills/ Qualities Required:

- Ability to identify talent and establish fit with the company.

- Ability to take initiative and work independently.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a keen interest to work with different cultural groups.

- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

- Aptitude in problem-solving and creative thinking.

Preferred experience:

- Experience working with an early-stage start-up and/or a Recruitment firm.

- Experience in recruitment of Mid to Senior level personnel.

- Degree/Post Degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology, with 3-6 years of experience, especially in sourcing and talent acquisition.

- Compensation: Negotiable based on candidate profile (structured as Fixed plus Variable, ESOPs to be considered on a case to case basis) + Friday evening drinks & good karma points.
