Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be an integral part of the corporate sales team. Deeply understand the client needs, and recommend the right solutions.
- Product demonstration to potential clients and setting expectations in terms of offerings
- Build process notes, technical SOPs and any detailed documents required by clients or corporate sales team
- Problem solve with the clients on technical issues, and address their concerns and build SOPs for future client conversations
- Relay feedback to the business and product teams from client conversations that will be taken as in input for new features launches
- Compose tender documents and customer proposals
- Update sales collateral as and when required.
Experience and qualifications:
- Post graduate from a reputed institute with 3- 6 years of experience in technical solution selling with a B2B product SaaS company
- Fintech experience is good to have
- Deep understanding of banking products in B2B context - good to have
- Strong stakeholder management - ability to work with sales, marketing and product teams
- Strong hustle
- Very strong communication skills, experience of directly working with senior leadership
