Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnerships and Alliances Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players, technology providers, and channel partners in the B2B SaaS ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth, increase market penetration, and enhance customer value.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities to support business objectives and drive revenue growth.

- Develop and execute a partnership strategy to establish and nurture strategic alliances with key industry players, technology providers, and channel partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, negotiate partnership agreements, and manage ongoing partner engagements.

- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement initiatives.

- Drive partner engagement and enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively promote and sell our products.

- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, evaluate partnership effectiveness, and recommend improvements or corrective actions as needed.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify emerging partnership opportunities.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build brand awareness and promote partnership opportunities.

- Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management team on partnership activities, pipeline development, and revenue performance.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Min 4 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles within the B2B SaaS industry.

- Strong understanding of the Indian B2B SaaS market and ecosystem.

- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with a track record of successful partnership development and management.

- Ability to think strategically, analyze complex business scenarios, and develop innovative partnership strategies.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
