Customer Success Manager - Payments - Automation
Overview :
- The Customer Success Manager will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the customer's expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation to closure
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop project plans, and manage project timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, support, and engineering to ensure project success
- Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet the customer's requirements
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans as necessary
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in project delivery or implementation management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
