What you will be responsible for:- Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline.
- Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels.
- Monitoring and optimizing digital campaigns and programs.
- Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences.
- Knowing the company's brand and products inside and out
- Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
- Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success
- Delivering performance reports to leadership and departments you partner with.
Our Ideal candidate will be:- 4+ years of experience, preferably demand or lead generation for a SaaS company
- Prior experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with conversational marketing tools like Drift
- Ability to work with ambiguity and navigate complex situations
- Thrive working in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Sense of ownership and desire to lean in
- Extreme level attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
