What will a week look like in this role:
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives of brand awareness and lead generation.
- Email Marketing: Oversee email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, crafting compelling content, segmenting target audiences, and analyzing email campaign results. Continuously optimize email campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Copywriting: Take ownership for copy across various digital channels, including digital ads, landing pages, videos, and other multimedia assets. Ensure copy is valuable, relevant, and consistent with the brand's tone and style.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and analyze performance metrics to enhance search engine visibility.
- Paid Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor budget allocation, ad performance, and ROI to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics using various tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms. Generate regular reports to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and provide insights for future strategies.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey and conversion funnel. Implement CRO strategies to increase website conversions and optimize user experience.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Clearly communicate campaign objectives, progress, and results to relevant parties.
You'll excel if you possess:
- Digital Marketing Expertise: 3+yrs experience in executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising. You'll have an advantage if you come from a B2B SaaS background.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
- Result-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet targets, drive results, and continuously improve marketing performance.
- Creativity and Content Creation: Proficiency in content creation and storytelling to develop engaging and shareable content for different digital platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools such as marketing automation software, email marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS), ad platforms and analytics tools.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to contribute to marketing strategies and think critically about campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas effectively and work collaboratively with team members.
- Adaptability: Being able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
