Job Description : Designation : Financial Analyst/Associate Business : Corporate Finance/Investor Relations Location : Mumbai Education Qualification : Engineering / CA with MBA Relevant Years of Experience : 1 - 2 years Key Skills Required - Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written and verbal) - Business acumen &amp; Commercial Understanding - Ability to handle the execution process independently and handling client queries effectively. - Excellent financial analysis, valuations and Financial modelling skills - Proficient in working with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Power Point) - Ability to work under strict deadlines - Team Player - Self-starter with a strong work-ethic - Prior Investment Banking experience preferred Key Role Responsibilities : - To assist in financial analysis and modeling (business and financial) - Provide in-depth analysis of business KPIs to stakeholders - Preparation of monthly financial metrics and key business drivers specific to different products - Provide information to lenders and investors with relevant KPI and business information - To assist as part of a larger team in terms of due diligence, documentation, processing &amp; financial and statistical analysis - Preparing presentations and general execution support in all aspects of fund raise for the Company - Assist in the complete execution process on CF transaction
