Brand Solutions Manager
Key Accountabilities :
- You will be the brand champion and expert while ensuring brand integrity in all respects.
- Contribute to the brand development, positioning and go-to-market for CASHe as well as for category marketing initiatives to deliver on business objectives.
- Work with Leadership team to better understand the target audience of CASHe and create strategic plan for branding and marketing activities
- Customer Orientation - Put the customer at the beginning, centre & end of every decision.
- Data & Analytics; Understands the business and the market and provide business intelligence that can be translated to actions.
- Proposition Development; Can articulate the problem statement and create an effective proposition.
- Creative Appreciation; Able to choose the winning creative among a group of ideas based of a mix of technical knowledge and intuition.
- Market Intelligence; Maintain constant touch with the market to understand retail trends and competitor activities in order to observe and evaluate execution of plans vis-a-vis competition.
- Innovation; Create a business case for innovations/ new brand/line extensions and entire project management for launch and post launch management as per stated business objective
- Develop seasonal, annual, and long-term marketing strategies and plans for in-line and new products
- Thorough understanding of consumer insight to identify business opportunities and recommend plans to achieve it
- On time delivery of assigned marketing projects with alignment from all internal stakeholders and agency partners
