The HR role is to provide strategic direction to the organization from an HR perspective. The role will overall lead the HR function with a key focus on employee engagement, manage performance, and overall help in scaling up of the organization and controlling attrition. This will be an independent role and will be reporting directly to the CEO. Key requirements : - Seasoned HR professional with 10-12 years of experience post MBA with specialization in HR from a good B school. - Led HR for a mid-sized organization. - Has hands on experience in good HR practices. - A quick learner and influencer - Someone who can work with an organization in its scale-up a journey. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders skills - Have an eye for detail - Able to multi-task and handle pressure Job description : - Responsible for end to end employee life cycle - HR Operations - Maintaining up-to-date, accessible and accurate HR records. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. - Payroll management; setting of performance linked incentives and non-monetary rewards; maintain PF records; HR audit; Maintain employee benefit program. - Formalization of HR related process- regulatory as well as non-regulatory - Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team - Work closely with all functions to address employee issues proactively - Drive the Performance Management framework. - Review current HR policies and advise on improving it - Serve as a custodian for HR policies and the organization's values and purpose - Manage the grievance and employee relations framework. - Design organization structure and JDs - Formulating HR dashboards and timely reporting - Conduct staff induction programs - Manage grievances and employee relations framework - Handle employee communication and engagement effectively - Facilitate the Reward and recognition process to drive motivation at workplace - Manage exit formalities. - Maintain personnel records
