Cash Mauj is a financial services supermarket where you can get all the financial services under single umbrella like loan, credit card, insurance, investment, fast tag, DTH connection, credit score, credit repair services, gift cards and many more with multiple brands. We've more than 400 products in our inventory where customer can choose, compare and finally buy the same digitally.

You will be responsible for:

- This will be a principal officer role.

- Manage the insurance product at Cash Mauj.

- Ensuring compliance with IRDA guidelines and keeping up to date with all regulatory changes.

- Liaise with insurance companies and internal stakeholders as cross-functional (tech, business, QA, marketing) for smooth functioning and growth of the insurance business.

- Responsible for product, MIS, and operations.

- Conduct regular and systematic appraisals and evaluations of the Company's operations and keep the Directors updated on the same.

- Sourcing, managing and maintaining key relationships with external service providers.

- Develop and implement procedures and controls that will promote adequate communication and information flow which will solidify management control and direction of the organization.

- Developing a base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational, and special-interest groups to compile lists of prospects.

- Determining clients- particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments; determining extent of present coverage and investments; ascertaining long-term goals.

- Developing a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long-term strategy implementation.

- Enhancing broker sales reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different

- Direct short-term and long-term planning and budget development in line with the company's overall objectives and strategic business goals

- Establish the performance goals, allocate resources and assess policies for senior management and all staff

- A key deliverable would be to acquire, retain and create strategic partnerships to grow client base and revenue

- Giving sound insurance advisory services and support to the clients, selling insurance policies to customers.

- Design and monitor claims handling procedures for timely claims settlement for the clients as well as ensure compliance with IRDA and other service level standards.

- Proper and efficient coordination and administration of insurance services in the Company

Mandatory requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 5-15 years of experience in the insurance/broking industry.

- Sound knowledge of insurance products and business.

- Valid IRDA training certification is a mandatory requirement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Graduation and MBA. Preferred from a tier I/II.

- In-depth understanding of business context.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Strong presentation skills.

- You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role preferably in Insurance/Broking industries as mentioned above.

- Experience in building partnerships and advising multiple stakeholders.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

- Ability to handle sensitive / highly confidential information professionally.

- Sound business acumen and thorough understanding of business fundamentals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are highly goal driven and work well in rapid paced environments Preferably from a start-up and used to working in a rapid-paced environment.
