CasaNyla - CTO/Product Guru - Seed funded Online Interiors Venture

We are an early stage, seed funded Online Interior Design Discovery and Implementation venture. We are founded by an IIM/Mckinsey alum from the industry, and HNIs from a large financial/ real estate conglomerate and an architectural firm. We have the excitement of a startup but the operational maturity and stability of a mid sized firm!

We aim to shake up the design discovery for interiors/ boutique spaces even as we streamline the backend through processes and technology. This is a great unit economics, well funded sector and continues to shine in bad e-commerce times!

We are looking for a kick-ass product technologist to lead our technology function. This will include keeping the light burning, but also exploring the boundaries of visualisation, 3D, gaming, and other elements to make the user experience a wow. We are looking at someone who can think beyond the box to create a unique customer experience as well as make the execution in this business a tech enabled seamless one.

5+ years experience, a lean startup mentality, a great interest in UI/UX/Design.

If you have led product teams to create wow consumer/ B2B products, have a great grasp of MEAN stack technologies, love to code yourself, and have the passion to develop a great inhouse team as well as evaluate aqui-hire opportunites, you are the person for this role!

Your compensation will cover the basics, and a generous ESOP plan from Day 90 will ensure that you are very much of the wealth creation
