Desired Candidate Profile :

- Good Exposure in P&L

- Proficiency in accounts (with CA or equivalent degree)

- Minimum 2+Years of Experience from a P&L Background

- Candidates from CA & CFA Backgrounds added Advantage

Role and Responsibilities :

- Analyze profit and loss statements, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance financial performance.

- Conduct financial evaluations, cost analysis, and variance analysis to drive informed decision-making.

- Develop and execute strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals and market trends.

- Forecast and budget financial targets, monitor actual performance, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives are met.

- Lead and motivate a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Prepare and deliver concise reports and presentations on financial performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
