Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Liaison Head to oversee and manage all liaison activities for Casagrand Builder in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive liaison strategy to facilitate smooth interactions with government authorities and regulatory bodies.

- Represent Casagrand Builder in meetings, negotiations, and discussions with relevant stakeholders to address issues, seek approvals, and obtain necessary clearances.

- Stay updated on all local, state, and national laws, regulations, and policies related to real estate development, construction, and land acquisition.

- Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, construction, and project management, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Prepare and submit all necessary documents, applications, and reports to regulatory agencies and government bodies in a timely manner.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and community leaders.

- Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects, regulatory approvals, and compliance activities, and provide regular updates to senior management.

- Proactively identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities related to liaison activities and recommend appropriate strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in liaison operations.

- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in liaison roles within the real estate industry, preferably in Bangalore.

- In-depth knowledge of local, state, and national laws, regulations, and policies related to real estate development, construction, and land acquisition.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proven track record of successfully obtaining regulatory approvals, permits, and clearances for real estate projects.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Fluency in English and Kannada; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
