We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Culture & Talent Development to join our executive team and lead our learning and development initiatives.
Job Summary:
The Head - Culture & Talent Development will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy to support Casagrand's business objectives and enhance employee capabilities. The incumbent will lead the development of innovative learning programs, initiatives, and technologies to cultivate a culture of continuous learning, improve employee engagement and retention, and drive organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic learning and development roadmap aligned with Casagrand's business goals, values, and culture.
- Lead the design and delivery of learning programs and initiatives, including leadership development, technical training, onboarding, compliance training, and professional skills development.
- Identify learning needs and gaps through needs assessments, feedback mechanisms, and analysis of organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, operations, and business units, to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with organizational priorities and objectives.
- Evaluate and leverage innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance learning effectiveness, engagement, and scalability.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives and track progress against goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing learning and development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with external vendors, consultants, and industry experts to leverage best practices, resources, and expertise in learning and development.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in learning and development to ensure Casagrand remains at the forefront of industry practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- years of progressive experience in learning and development leadership roles, with a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative learning strategies and initiatives.
- Deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, learning technologies, and learning evaluation methodologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals and objectives into actionable learning solutions and initiatives.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Passion for learning and professional development, with a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
