1. Understand the business goals/objective/brief of any given project and identify apt online channels of digital marketing to achieve these goals and objectives.
2. Competitor analysis, Industry and Market research to implement the right strategy and practices
3. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
4. Weekly update on Social metrics for own channels and social media trends - using internal and external analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook etc.
5. Recommend and run annual social calendar including but not limited to content, contests, promotions in line with the marketing calendar
6. Own content calendar for all social channels - detailing on a weekly basis in line with marketing initiatives
7. Become an advocate of the company in social media spaces, managing channels to engage in dialog and answer questions where appropriate.
8. Monitor and report effectiveness benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs. Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
9. Evaluate and advise regarding social media paid advertising opportunities.
10. Work with legal teams to continually update social media process and procedures; utilize good judgment in safeguarding the company image in responses and outreach in all social media outreach.
11. Oversee online contesting, polls, product giveaways, sweepstakes and content calendars.
12. Monitor and report on trends in social media tools, sites, audience and applications.
13. Designing and execution of campaigns that help in generating brand awareness and building social engagement by working within allocated budgets
14. Actively collaborate with marketing to strategize and implement social media campaigns
15. Work with SEO/ SEM team on keyword optimization and content management.

- Develop and own complaint management system with appropriate tools and co-ordinating with customer care team
- Maintaining Social Hygiene and replying to conversations across social media to increase engagement
- Build UGC to boost brand equity on social channels
