Management Skills:

- Should have managed at least 2 projects covering end-to-end SDLC

- Should be able to manage 5 to 10 members team

- Should have worked with multiple stakeholders including operation, marketing, Service providers etc.

- Should have clear understanding of release management process, version control system

- Should be able to define quality guidelines for development, enhancement and support work (QA and QC both)

Soft-Skill:

- Should be good in written communication

- Should be good in verbal communication.
