- Acquire new corporate/ institutional clients and getting them on-board
- Repeat business development, client retention and ensuring business growth in existing client'le.
- Servicing existing clients with agreed SLA, handling escalations, query resolutions.
- Seek opportunities and leads for Business development
- Initiate talks with corporates regarding the business
- Understand Clients Profile and Requirement and frame customized service deliverance, Self motivator
- Meeting up with corporate clients for Sales & Business Development.
- Relationship building with existing clients to ensure client retention.
- Create, maintain & update database of clients regularly
- Preparation of sales report, Service Delivery
- Regular market analysis, short & long term strategies building & review the same.
Salary Range: 10 - 20 LPA
