Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the National Head of Sales. In this role, you will lead our sales efforts across the country and play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and market expansion. As the National Head of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities and strategies on a national level. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop and execute sales plans, and collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Collaborate with the executive team to establish sales goals, performance metrics, and sales forecasts.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.

- Identify new market opportunities, target customer segments, and define innovative sales approaches to maximize revenue generation.

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services, driving customer lifetime value and revenue growth.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team capable of achieving individual and team targets.

- Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to sales professionals, fostering their professional growth and success.

- Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Sales Operations and Execution:

- Establish efficient sales processes, ensure streamlined operations, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline management.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for improvement and competitive advantage.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients and strategic partners thus ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with the support teams to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.

Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze data, market trends, and key performance indicators to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and the executive team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably at a national or regional level.

- Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices in the automotive industry

- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities to identify market opportunities to drive revenue growth.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Analytical mindset, with proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.

- Experience in CRM systems and sales technology to enhance sales operations and performance.
