Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day trafficking of ad campaigns across the company's owned and operated properties as well as any external distribution platforms - Manage the delivery and optimization of ad campaigns to ensure they fulfil accurately - Overseeing workload/performance within the team, assigning projects, and career growth/mentorship for direct reports. - Staying educated on key developments in the ever changing digital advertising ecosystem. Define the scope and training plans on new developments and rolling them out to the team - Create daily delivery report analysis for general over-delivery, under delivery and pacing reporting mechanisms.
