- MXC Solutions India Pvt Ltd was formed in August 2009, combined with Carwale.com in early 2016 and currently has 300+ employees. The Company operates CarTrade.com and carwale.com, both online auto classifieds and content websites. CarTrade.com allows consumers to sell or buy a used car or research a new car purchase. Sellers of used vehicles can list their vehicle to thousands dealers.

- Buyers of used vehicles can view vehicles that are certified and have a warranty and get connected to dealers who have the vehicle they are looking for. New car buyers have access to the most comprehensive new car pricing information and detailed news, reviews and discussion forums.

- The company has developed various products that help new and used car dealers run their business. The company has launched CarTrade.com Franchised stores and a warranty product for used car dealers and a software system called CarTradeExchange.

The system allows dealers to :

- List their new and used vehicles for sale

- Receive leads of customers who want to buy or sell a car

- Manage their business more efficiently and profitably through a Dealer Management System

- Purchase and sell cars in auction

- Mobile evaluation tool

Department : Insurance auctions.

- CarTrade Exchange is the leading insurance auctions marketplace used by leading insurance companies to trade their total loss vehicles to thousands of dealers and buyers. We have auctioned over 4 Lakh vehicles in the last few years and are poised to maintain leadership through strong growth in existing markets and entry into new markets

Job Role :

- Responsible for Business Development and Growth through client meetings and exploring new avenues to increase business volumes

Relationship management with key clients to grow and maintain business :

- Annual and quarterly Business Planning and review

- Driving performance per key KRAs for clients with internal operations teams

- Developing and successfully executing strategic initiatives

- Develop the competencies of account management internally such as processes, reviews

- Review and manage P&L for the Insurance vertical

- Manage both Operations & Quality Control

- Maintain & enhance all business processes & hygiene in order to ensure a healthy state of affairs

- Responsible for receivables management - both on the buyers & sellers front

- Team expansion & hiring as per business requirement

- Execute the Budgeted Business Plan

Report into the Head - Insurance Auctions

Education : Graduate degree required, MBA preferred

Experience :

- Minimum of 4-5 years experience Business Development/ Sales / Marketing function with at least 2-3 years experience in handling key accounts

- Experience with FMCG, Banks, Insurance, Telcos, Motor Claims

Skills :

- Sharp negotiation and influencing skills

- Strong Analytical skills

- Networking and strong orientation towards customer management

- Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment

CTC: 17 - 20 LPA
