Salary offered - 8-10 LPA Job Responsibilities : - Sourcing candidates from various job boards and ensure that our jobs are optimized on all social media platforms - Partnering with business leads to understand hiring requirements - Preliminary screening /shortlisting the right qualitative profile against the given requirement - Provide concrete feedback to stakeholders for the candidates who are being scheduled for an interaction. - Discuss, negotiate &amp; finalize on the compensation &amp; offer, salary negotiations, hand holding the candidate till the date of joining, close Follow-Up. - Prepare and manage Stakeholder updates on a weekly basis. - Mentor recruitment executives to increase their productivity to support business hiring requirements. We are looking for : - Strong sourcing skills is a must - Excellent communication &amp; Interpersonal skills - Hands on experience with various selection processes - Good negotiation and closure skills - Ability to work under pressure and prioritize the workload
