If you have a passion for recruiting along with a flair for sourcing, this might be the ideal role for you.  Job Responsibilities :   - Sourcing candidates from various job portals, Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. and ensure that our jobs are optimized on all social media platforms  - Partnering with business leads to understand hiring requirements  - Create the brief for any job postings to be advertised or promoted   - Preliminary screening /short listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement  - Schedule interviews to short listed candidates and coordinate with technical panel/HR for shortlists & feedbacks.  - Discuss, negotiate & finalize on the compensation & offer, salary negotiations, handholding the candidate till the date of joining, close Follow-Up.  - Prepare a weekly Recruitment Tracker and maintain a history of communication with all applicants.  Skills :   - Strong sourcing skills is a must  - Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills  - Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)  - Experience & comfortable with full life cycle recruitment  - Good negotiation and closure skills  - Ability to work under pressure and prioritize the work load
