Job Description

- Manage the entire P&L of a Mega Refurbishment Lab (MRL) at Cars24

- Manage input and output metrics for performance ensuring the necessary course corrections

- Help develop and deploy the quality management system for MRLs

- Help develop and deploy the Tech Product for MRL management

- Manage internal as well as external stakeholders for operations ranging from parts suppliers, vendors, finance, accounting planning to name a few

- Scale-up operations in line with business demand, identifying bottlenecks and resolution of the same

- Drive projects across cost, quality, and delivery parameters at MRL

- Establish new processes and technologies to achieve targets

- Manage day to day deliverables on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale for the facility

Desired Skills and Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E. /MBA (Preferred) from Tier-1/Tier-2 Institutes

- Startup/e-commerce operations exposure

- Manufacturing/Automotive experience preferred

- Experience handling large teams

- Strong data management skills
