- Managing end to end collections for Used Car Loan Portfolio ( CF &amp; DF segment ) along with managing relationships with all key stakeholders. - Responsible for Building a robust collection team and scaling up as business grows in the assigned Region. - Responsible to manage customer queries and complaints with an efficient redressal mechanism in place. - Responsible for setting up robust fraud management and operations practices to reduce delinquency ratios. - Accountable to Deliver Bucket level collection efficiency as per assigned Target(Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) in terms of Repossession &amp; Collection. - Strong end to end collections experience in unsecured retail assets segment with understanding of credit appraisal cycle, underwriting &amp; Fraud Management. - Formulating &amp; implementing strategies for improvements of collect inflows and reduction in NPA - Regulating the empanelment of collection and recovery agencies for PAN India to achieve monthly and yearly assigned target. - Filling cases in Court for appointment of receiver for custody of assets and other interim measures in auto loan, - Define the People Strategy including learning and development, career progression, internal movement. - Employee engagement initiatives aimed at reducing attrition. - Ensuring disposal of repossessed stock within time frame, with sale permission from court, wherever required. - Liable for filling of cases under Negotiable Instruments Act, Payments and Settlement Act, IPC against the Delinquent Customers and representing consumer litigation, criminal cases, police matters against the company in critical Case.
