Project Manager - Cars24 (Tier1 College Preferred)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic problem solver who can balance product thinking with operational excellence. S/he will work as part of the Consumer Finance team to streamline existing processes & define required processes, run capability projects for the function to drive exponential growth. S/he will lead innovation activities and drive new ideas to solve complex business problems & take ownership of the delivery of new processes by working alongside teams from different verticals. S/he will engage in end to end program management of key strategic initiatives identified for driving performance improvement & will continuously monitor performance of the projects undertaken and make necessary revisions basis output.

Requirements:

- Overall experience of 2-3 years with at least 1 year of Program Management/Product Management experience

- Ability to define processes and manage operations

- Ability to think creatively about problems and implement sustainable solutions

- Stakeholder management skills

- Ability to independently design, execute and measure experiments

- Work experience in startups is a plus

- Program Management/Product Management experience shall be given preference
