Qualification: MBA

Experience: 3+ years

Skills required:

- A minimum of 3 years experience in sales

- Excellent interpersonal with written and oral communication

- Must be proficient in English, Hindi

- Experience in E-commerce / Internet or Telecom sales is an advantage

Responsibilities:

- Develop a strategy the team will use to reach the daily/weekly/monthly target.

- Call prospective leads and convert them into a sale. The target for this is as per the KPI and including redFlags.

- Communicate product and process updates to team members clearly.

- Conduct monthly 1 to 1s to understand the teams challenges and increase performance. The same must be documented and acknowledged by the members.

- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.

- Share reports with the team and management to showcase performance. This is apart from those coming from the MIS team and specific to team performance.

- Coach team members on achieving goals and developing the necessary skills to sell.

- Monitor calls as part of the KPI set and ensure relevant feedback for the executives are shared regularly.

- Skillset mapping/SWOT analysis/RAG analysis of the team to be done regularly.

- Motivate the team.

- Call prospective leads to learn customer needs and propose product/process improvement ideas. This is also a platform to do TNA (Training Need Analysis).

- Liaise with the training team to provide any training that team members need.

In a Nutshell :

- You will be accountable and responsible for achieving assigned targets for telesales


- Team management : Team handling Training and mentoring for team members Interacting with existing and prospective customers Aggressively achieving assigned target for the team Conducting sales calls and closing the leads.


- Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining relationships through continuous follow up with customers for their requirements.


- Conducting market review / studies and analyzing competitor"s activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.


- Co- ordination with various functions / departments at various stages of the assigned project (like customer service development, projects, legal, accounts, etc)
