What would you do while you work with us?

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

- Program Leadership: Oversee And Manage Multiple Complex Projects And Programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster Collaboration Across Departments To Drive process improvements, efficiency, and operational excellence.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, while proactively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Resource Management: Efficiently Allocate Resources,including personnel and budgets, to optimise program outcomes.

- Metrics & Reporting: Establish Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) and regularly report on the progress and success of operational programs.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,ensuring alignment with program objectives.

- Innovation: Drive Innovation Within The Operations Team, leveraging technology and best practices to streamline processes

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor's Degree In Business, operations management, or related field (Master's preferred).

- Proven Experience In Program Management, preferably in an operations setting.

- Exceptional Leadership And Communication Skills.

- Strong Analytical And Problem-solving abilities.

- Ability To Thrive In Fast-paced, dynamic environment
