Responsibilities : - Fully own the vision and roadmap of the product areas you are assigned - Develop deep understanding of our users, their needs and create useful product experiences that address those needs - Manage the cross-functional execution of the product roadmap, working closely with design, engineering, operations and business teams - Synthesize insights from user research, customer meetings, usage data, and sales feedback to prioritize improvements and new feature ideas - Lead organizational initiatives to establish best-in-class product management practices within Cars24 - Candidate should have experience in product, data analytics or Business analytics - Experience in internet products at scale (Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle) - A BE/B.Tech degree from Tier 1 College, or equivalent&nbsp; - Experience in a high growth tech company or startup is a plus. - A strong technical understanding, from overall architecture to intricate details, is a major plus - Data-driven - Solid understanding of data/analytics tools, and ability to deep dive into data to make decisions-User-centric approach&nbsp; - Ability to think user first, and unwillingness to make compromises on the user experience
