- Providing a comprehensive in-house legal support.
- Adept and having on-hand experience in handling and advising on legal issues pertaining to Operations, Finance, Administration and channel partners.
- Fundamentally clear with the basics of Indian Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Code of Civil Procedure, Evidence Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Consumer Protection Act, Indian Contract Act, Arbitration & Conciliation Act. Efficient and having sound knowledge of conveyancing, drafting, vetting, all types of Agreements, MOUs (including lease, leave & license) and other legal contracts.
- Conversant with the procedural aspects of various stages of court cases for Recovery Suits, Arbitration(s), Negotiable Instruments Act, Criminal cases/ matters.
- Effluent in Microsoft Word/ Excel. Advise and update senior management on all legal matters. Maintain and manage Management Information System / Sheets.
- Advice and participate in major litigation cases. Liaise and coordinate with Lawyers, regulatory bodies etc. Negotiate and finalize legal terms in important contracts.
- A flexible approach in evaluating different situations to resolve issues referred to legal. Not rigid in approach but simultaneously ensuring legal aspects are followed in true right and spirit.
- Good communication with English writing skills.
- Ever evolving approach to situations with a gist of enthusiasm to grow.
