Enablement of the Business Stakeholders Role Summary This work involves but is not limited to the following - Advisory, Designing, Enablement, Implementation, Institutionalization, Effectiveness and continuous Improvement of initiatives around: - Learning &amp; Development - Performance Management - Leadership Development across levels - Purpose &amp; Values Crafting - Culture building - Mindsets, Behaviors &amp; motives And all other elements of the ecosystem required to sustain these initiative Role Scope Designing, implementing and driving impact PAN India through Strategic Interventions, Performance Management and upholding Culture. Lead &amp; participate in Purpose crafting, values &amp; culture building Design &amp; Development - Design and develop solutions that leverage industry best practices, resonate with the key stakeholders and drive business outcomes - Partner with business for comprehensive solution to build effective ecosystems Drive Internal and External Benchmarking as a planned, Management and Engagement - Drive Formative and Summative Evaluation of all initiatives - Drive complete Operationalization - Process, Aids, calibration and Quality Control Delivery &amp; Effectiveness - Deliver all the retained services. - Align success criteria with the business and enable Lag and Lead measures to create desired impact - Enable the ecosystem to create the impact and hold the stakeholders accountable.
