About the Role

Core Role:

1. Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

2. Coordinating with Statutory auditors, one of the Big4 firms in completing statutory audit of Indian and Singapore operations, IFRS conversion and consolidation of accounts

3. Spearhead the Ind-AS implementation in the company

4. Setting the accounting policies & framework.

5. Checking & assessing the value drivers of business and developing analysis to facilitate business decision-making.

6. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.

7. Consolidation of financial statement - According to IFRS.

8. Banking - Be the key lead for collaborating with Bank for finding long-term, innovative solutions for business needs

9. Insurance - Be the SPOC for insurance requirement of the company

Projects:
