Lead- Growth Marketing


Lead- Growth Marketing (Middle East) :


- As a Growth Marketing lead for the entire middle east region, you will supercharge our growth marketing strategies. You will be the custodian of key business metrics, driving and implementing strategies to drive growth agenda.

- Your will be running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, acquire more consumers and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.

- If you're interested in using systematic ways to test experiments and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you. As a growth marketing lead, your job is to find the channels and strategies to increase revenue.

- Ultimately, you should be able to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals.

Responsibilities :

- Work with cross functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Cars24's revenue goals.

- Custodian of key business metrics, driving strategies to delivery growth agenda

- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.

- Responsible to drive growth performance from 100+ team member at our contact centers

- Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.

- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.

What you'll need :

- Relevant 6-8 years of experience working as growth marketer and at least 2 year of Tier1 management consulting experience

- Post graduate/MBA from Tier1 colleges

- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.

- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns

- Proficient with Analytical tool
