Responsibilities:  1. Plan and execute all Web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media (organic & Paid) and display advertising campaigns  2. Spearhead the website development project which will include microsites and landing pages for  each cars24 project.  3. Work with the Analytics consulting agency to track and monitor Analytics  4. Design, build and maintain our social media presence  5. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI)  6. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights  7. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies  8. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests  9. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience  10. Instrument conversion points and optimize consumer funnels  11. Collaborate with optimization/analytics tools and advertising vendor partners  12. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.  Requirements :   1. Proven working experience of 6+ years in digital marketing  2. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media (organic & Paid) and/or display advertising campaigns  3. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments  4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI, Google Data Studio)  5. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)  6. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words & Facebook Paid campaigns  7. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints  8. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking  9. Up-to- date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement  Candidates should be open for 6 Days.
