Purpose of the Job: The role requires the applicant to be intellectually curious &amp; passionate about using data to drive decision making, visualize data &amp; use storytelling to simplify analytics for an executive audience and develop robust data analytics capabilities within HR to support the strategic and operational objectives of HR teams in support of Cars24's business strategy. Key Deliverables: Compensation &amp; Benefit - Make recommendations to managers regarding job descriptions, salaries, and classifications. - Ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive. - End to End Calculation and processing of Increments, Letter E-Mailing, Calculation working at individual employee Level. - Liaison with external consultants and regularly participate in compensation benchmarking surveys. - Coordinate with business heads and CHRO and conduct compensation and benefits analysis. This analysis is done to participate in market surveys. - Determine position classifications, Preparing and updating salary scales. Payroll Administration - Ensured Payroll is processed with 100% accuracy and timely pay-out with the entire Audit trail. - Streamline processes of Compensation Re-Structuring, Full &amp; Final, filing statutory returns including PF, TDS and Professional Tax. - Work on specific activities like HR budgeting, Planning &amp; salary cost accounting. Manpower AOP &amp; Analytics - Prepare predictive analysis to help TA team to build the pipeline of candidates- profiles basis seasonality impact of business &amp; attrition. - Creation of triggers basis offer which gets rolled-out above AOP / defined comp-range - Building AOP for End to End Manpower Cost in-line basis business plans - Internal Salary Benchmarking vis-a-vis Market Comp Data - Automate delivery of Man Mapping &amp; Publishing Weekly, Monthly &amp; Quarterly Dashboard. Incentive &amp; Benefits - Participate in Business discussion and preparation of Incentive Policies for the organization - Manage end to end cross-functional Monthly &amp; Quarterly Incentive Plans which involves calculations, sending detailed and formulated working to bring transparency which further minimizes queries. - Handle Group Mediclaim, Personal Accident &amp; Term Life Insurance Plans, HR Policies, Processes and Communication. HR Policies, Processes and Communication - Be a custodian of the HR policies and processes Statutory Compliances. - Design people policies as per employees and business requirement. - Deploy an On-premise Compliance tool for 100+ locations which is easily able to track the compliance health of the organization and can able to give status, alerts, allows Park &amp; Post methods to ensure maker-checker is there. - Guide team to ensure adherence in Statutory Compliances viz Professional Tax, Shops &amp; Establishment, ESIC and quarterly/half yearly / annual returns under various Acts. HR Systems - Design and implement multiple HR System &amp; workflows beginning with Manpower Requisition, Budgeting to Surveys from Exited Employees.
