As Offline Marketing Manager, working collaboratively with the wider marketing team, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
What you'll do
- Devise and deliver offline marketing campaigns, aligned with the new marketing strategy and brand image.
- Offer actionable marketing plans and reliable improvements or changes for marketing activity.
- Execute competitor analysis and report on the results of marketing campaigns.
- Work with offline agencies to develop strategy, media planning, and execution of freshly offline campaigns to increase customer growth and brand awareness across all offline marketing channels.
- Optimize campaigns and leverage media agencies to support company goals
- Use an analytical approach to review results during and after the campaign period.
- Analytics and Reporting - Maintain the daily, weekly, and monthly analytics and reporting for the different offline marketing channels.
- Creative Development and Optimization- Manage creative assets and support the company's business objectives
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience, ideally in e-commerce.
- Execute campaigns after aligning internally via agencies.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- A strong communicator - You'll be asked to identify and communicate the risks and opportunities for the channels and manage the day-to-day relationship with the different media agencies.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition channels, offline and digital.
- Able to work in a constantly changing start-up environment.
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Degree in marketing or a related field
- Should have the ability to work independently, while also able to build strong internal relationships.
