We are seeking to identify a sales training professional to be located at Gurgaon. The role requires the passion for sales training and L&OD related assignments in a highly agile business environment. The position will report to the Assistant Manager-L&OD based at Pune. The ideal candidate should have 7-8 years of relevant experience.   Position Duties:   - Core duties - Sales training delivery, quality audit (calling and in-branch), and content support   - Will be responsible for entire Pune Location.  - Expertise in conducting result oriented TNA and TNI along with measurable execution   - Expert on sales training and product & process refresher sessions   - Organize, Plan and Implement monthly cyclic activities including new joinee training, refresher training, monthly tests and call monitoring   - Ensure timely business requirement management, calendar plan, and liaising with multiple stakeholders   - Interested to deliver and contribute towards process improvement   - Assist with the development of training manuals, modules, and curriculum courses (Prepare all materials for training courses prior to class), fair hold on power point presentation and excel is expected   - Formulate L&OD strategy across divisions and takes initiatives to strengthen the training inventory   - Demonstrate ability to quickly learn and adapt to new policies and procedures, and processes of the customer service   - Sharing knowledge & information/ Training for team, team developmental activities   Candidate Requirements:   - Graduate in the relevant field (MBA from a prestigious institute is an added advantage)   - Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills   - Prior experience in sales training is must (out of total work exp. 5+ years are must in core in sales training role)   - Strong business acumen and fair understanding of technology in training (e.g. - LMS, e-learning etc.)   - Exposure to behavioral training, soft skill training and training relevant certificates (e.g. - ISTD, Certified L&OD professional, MBTI etc.) are an added advantage   - Experience from domains like BFSI, telecom, retail, FMCG, and e-commerce is welcomed   - Ability to manage the team and skills to execute training tasks/ projects in highly agile business environment  Salary Offered : 8-10LPA
