1. Draft, review and comment on the legal and contractual aspects of a variety of services contracts such as Master Services Agreements (MSA), Lease, Leave & Licences,Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Non-disclosure Agreements,Financial documentations, Subcontract Agreements, Vendor Contracts, Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs) etc.  2. Be responsible for the entire life cycle of a Contract i.e. from inception of request for an agreement / contract till execution and coordinating with internal and external customers of legal department.  3.Understanding of policies of an organization and implementation thereof as mandated under statutory laws or otherwise as per the requirement of the organization.  4. Manage & Coordinate with external counsels for any cases wherever required or necessary.  5.Conduct research on case laws and remain updated with recent judgments on contractual aspects pertaining to Indian Contract Act, Specific Performance Act, Transfer of Property Act, Labour/employment laws.  6.Experience in contract and document management.  7.Adept to drafting of legal notices and replies to legal notices.
