Cars24 - Territory Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing a team of Fulfilment Associates & TLs

- Managing the process of pre-booking and post booking of cars till Car delivery

- Coaching & Managing team to have right skillset for business growth

- Grooming team to build strong negotiation skills

- Partner with Customer excellence, Refurb, Quality & other cross functional teams based in UAE

- Aligning with the delivery team for test drive and delivery of cars to the customers

- Building Sales Strategies & Setting Targets

- Defining, implementing & Execute strategy to improve overall performance

We are looking for:

- Should be able to manage Call center operations

- Hands on experience in sales & with Excel & Google sheets

- Strong business acumen and knowledge of used car industry

- Experience in the managing after-sales.

- Strong quantitative & analytical skills

- Strong logical thinking & problem solving skills

- Good at execution & project management
